Spend your days working on the world-famous Great Barrier Reef! We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Reef Crew / Deckhand to join our marine tourism team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys the ocean, teamwork, and an active work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily vessel operations
- Supporting snorkel and dive activities
- Customer service and guest safety
- Cleaning and maintaining the vessel
- Helping with equipment setup and pack down
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work long, active days outdoors
- Confident swimmer
- Team player
Highly regarded (but not essential):
- First Aid / CPR
- RSA
- Dive certification
